Rescheduling of classes at Music Central

A rescheduled class are classes that have been allotted for the month for the student and have been paid for, but owing to an illness or an engagement, the student is unable to attend the class as per the allotted schedule. The class is then rescheduled, to a time mutually convenient with the teacher and the student, and within the month in question.
It is the responsibility of the student/parent to follow-up with organizing of the makeup class.

The rescheduled form should be filled 24 hours or more in advance.
