Join us at our Rainbow Village and get your message or services to our community

There are many options available for a stall in our Rainbow Village, so please take your time to read the application form. We provide a pitch and a covered stall structure as standard.

On receipt of your application, we will confirm if you are successful and issue you an invoice for payment and the full terms and conditions of joining us.

In return, you’ll send us your Public Liability Insurance (PLI) certificate. We can not guarantee your place in the village until we receive this.

Please Note:

Our festival is a free to attend event, and we use this as our biggest fundraising event in our calendar, therefore we politely ask that there is no fundraising for any charity or non for profit, other than Northern Pride. Products or services can be sold for a charity or non for profit as a part of an income stream (merchandise) but no raffles, tombola’s etc.

No food or drink is to be sold on your stall. Small sealed sweets can be given out to visitors for free.  Strictly no home cooked goods due to health and safety precautions.
