SECNA is proposing to run a mentoring program for members with a face-to-face and virtual component.

Virtual sessions:
The virtual sessions would be held on a regular basis for 1 hour. The objective of the session is to encourage community sourced insights and solutions to a challenge faced by a SECNA member.

The session will be facilitated by SECNA and follow the proposed format:
- Overview of a challenge faced by a SECNA member
- Open and curious questions and/or advice from audience
- Wrap up

Note: Information about session (i.e. the featured SE and the challenge they're facing) will be shared in advance with members.

Face-to-face sessions:
The face-to-face sessions would be held quarterly at the South Eveleigh Hub. Each quarter will be focused on a particular challenge which are outlined at a high-level below:

Quarter 1 Challenge: Getting cut through with your brand

Quarter 2 Challenge:  Having a great product/service but your business isn’t financially sustainable

Quarter 3 Challenge: Working effectively with your Board

Quarter 4 Challenge: Growing  your business model and navigating the different options available

Mentors/coaches with relevant expertise will provide a brief presentation in a group setting at the beginning of the day. Members will have the opportunity to book 1:1 mentoring/coaching sessions with the individuals and network with other members throughout the day.

SECNA would like to gauge members interest and thoughts on the proposed mentoring program.
