Climate change, Gender, sustainable development and energy issues in Rwanda

Definitions:
Climate change: refers to long term changes in the weather patterns (temperature, humidity, wind patterns etc) in a region.
Gender: refers to the socially constructed norms, roles and relations that a given society considers appropriate for men and women.
Sustainable development: is the ability of meeting the present needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
Energy: is power derived from the utilization of physical or chemical resources especially to provide light and heat or to work machine.
