Tracking Information for Shipments
We are thrilled to have you attend Readers Take Denver! We are now accepting shipments of books and merch. Please follow the instructions below closely.
  • We will NOT be opening any boxes unless they are visibly damaged. 
  • If you have not already, please complete the payment for shipping charge HERE. This charge is to help offset the storage and labor costs. If you want us to check if you have completed payment already, please email myself or Angel.
  • Your boxes will all be delivered to your table or wherever they are needed (if for the swag bag, promo alley, etc.).
  • ALL items must be received by April 1, 2024
  • Unless there is picture proof of the delivery, it will not be considered delivered.

The cost is $100 per author / narrator / vendor - this includes the following:
  • Unlimited items shipped to us and stored in an indoor, climate controlled storage unit
  • Delivery from storage to the Gaylord prior to the event
  • Delivery directly to your table on the day of your signing/event (all you have to do is unbox & arrange)
