Andy C - Ticket Refund/Change Request
After more than a year of COVID-forced delay, Andy C is coming back to Toronto's Opera House on Saturday, November 27, 2021! As an added bonus, and for the first time ever in Toronto, Andy C will also be playing a second show at the Opera House the following night on Sunday, Nov 28, 2021.

If you have already purchased tickets to the original Andy C show from March 2020 then you are entitled to replacement tickets for the event of your choice (Sat Nov 27 or Sun Nov 28) OR a full refund if you can no longer attend.

Unless you tell us otherwise, all tickets from that postponed show will be issued replacement tickets for Saturday, November 27th, 2021. To be clear: If you want to go to the new Saturday show then no further action is required on your part at this time. We have already put those replacement tickets aside and they will be sent to you via email as soon as we finish processing all change requests.

If you would rather go to the Sunday, November 28th show OR if you want a refund then you must fill out a request form here so that we can process your change. The deadline to make changes is August 15th. After August 15th, we will no longer allow tickets to be changed and there will be no more opportunities to receive a refund.

Replacement tickets will be sent to everyone via email from our new ticket provider, TicketFairy. Those tickets will be sent out the week of August 30th. Please feel free to reply to this email if you have any questions or concerns.

Please note that all tickets are transferable and they can also be safely resold via our new ticketing site, TicketFairy.
