PLEASE NOTE: IN NOVEMBER THE CLASS TAKES PLACE IN THE KIDS' PROGRAM ROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR. DON'T WORRY ... WE'LL HAVE ADULT SIZED CHAIRS.
Maggie Grace from the Yoga Room in Hampstead leads us in a Chair Yoga class, in which we practice strengthening, stretching, and breathing exercises. Please register in advance so we can plan the space. If the weather is quite nice, we may have class outside behind the library.  You can call the day of or the day before class to check if it will be inside or outside.
