Register for the Exhibition of Undergraduate Research and Creative Accomplishments at Penn State York
The form to register for the "Exhibition of Undergraduate Research and Creative Accomplishments" is no longer accepting responses. For those who have already registered, following are instructions for formatting posters and submitting them for printing.

Format
Students may only display their work in poster form; to display other types of creative accomplishments, please contact the Penn State York Office of Academic Affairs well in advance. Poster dimensions must be 24” x 36” and must be designed using the “poster application” found in PowerPoint (see templates below). Posters should be professional in appearance. Students and faculty mentors should carefully check posters for spelling, grammatical, and data errors prior to printing. A display board will be provided for each poster.

All posters must be set up by 11:50 a.m. on April 12. Students are expected to be in front of their posters from 12:00–1:15 pm to speak with and answer questions from guests.

Printing
All posters are to be printed by Print-O-Stat. Posters can be submitted for printing in the following ways:
1. Via email to signsandgraphics@printostat.com. The order number (28843) must be placed in the subject line.
2. If your file is too large to email, contact ykacadaffairs@psu.edu for detailed instructions on submitting via the Print-O-Stat website (printostat.com). DO NOT attempt to submit on the website without first receiving these instructions.

Posters must be received by Print-O-Stat no later than 5:00 pm on Thursday, April 4, 2024. All completed posters will be delivered to Penn State York in one delivery.

The cost of printing one display poster for the Exhibition of Undergraduate Research and Creative Accomplishments will be paid for by the Office of Academic Affairs, regardless of the number of authors or participants in the project. Please note that the poster must be PERFECT before it is submitted for printing. The cost for any reprints, changes, corrections, or additional copies are solely the responsibility of the student or students involved in the project.
