Terms & Conditions *

I hereby agree to the following regulations and conditions while staying at Highland Basecamp, Lochaline with my dog.

1. I agree to keep my dog on a leash or in a carrier when outside on the premises and shared public areas.

2. I agree to keep my dog out of the shared kitchen and lounge area.

3. I agree to keep my dog with me or a designated individual at all times, and to not leave him/her unattended in the room for more than an hour.

4. I agree to prevent noise or any other disturbance by my dog, in the interest of other guests.

5. I agree to pay any additional cleaning bills or repairs should they be required and I authorise Highland Basecamp to charge my payment card for such charges, even if they are discovered following my departure from Highland Basecamp.

6. I agree that, should my dog create any disturbances, which cause complaints to be made to Highland Basecamp by other occupants or personnel of Highland Basecamp, at the request of a Highland Basecamp manager, I shall immediately make arrangements to house my dog elsewhere outside Highland Basecamp.

Indemnification *

I further agree that I shall assume full and complete responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by the dog suffered by any guest, employees, or invitees of Highland Basecamp including the approved veterinarian and its employees. In the event that such personal injuries or property damage should arise, I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Highland Basecamp Limited, together with its past or present officers, directors, employees, agents, attorneys, insurers, affiliated companies, successors and assigns, for any claim that may arise.

General Release *

In consideration of Highland Basecamp Limited, permitting me to house my dog at Highland Basecamp for the duration of my stay, I, and my successors and assigns, release and discharge Highland Basecamp Limited, together with its past or present officers, directors, employees, agents, attorneys, insurers, affiliated companies, successors and assigns, from all actions, suits, debts, bills, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, trespasses, damages, judgments, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, known or unknown, which I or my successors or assigns ever had, now have or hereafter can, shall or may have, and including, but not limited to, any claims relating in any way to my stay at Highland Basecamp relating to the presence of my dog on or about the Hostel premises against or relating to Highland Basecamp Limited.
