Vietnam Global Outreach (V.GO) is looking for the best 20 individuals to participate in the CampLeader training program. This program seeks to prepare young adults aged 18-30 to be exceptional leaders capable of creating and administering summer camps for 14-18-year-olds with international volunteers.
About Global Youth Camps:
Global Youth Camps are organized by V.GO specifically for Vietnamese teenagers from 14-18 years old, aiming to develop soft skills, experience creative international environment, promote self-development in a diverse community, and raise social awareness. The campleaders will be accompanied by foreign volunteers from various nations who will help to build, implement, and lead the group.
About CampLeader Training Program:
Duration: 3 days, including:
- May 11 & 12, 2024: Training and practicing sessions
- May 19, 2024: Presentation & graduation
Location: Vietnam Global Outreach, No. 16A, Van Minh Alley, Mai Dich, Cau Giay, Hanoi.
Objective: Improving skills in organizing international summer camps, group management, effective communication, and youth leadership.
The program includes: Workshops, discussions, group games and hands-on activities to help you gain real-life experiences and learn about organizations.
Requirements:- Age ranges from 18 to 30 years old.
- English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 7.5 or higher (no certificate required).
- Passion and dedication to youth development and the global community.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in groups.
- Flexibility, creativity and responsibility.
- Participating in the entire duration of the training program.
