The personal data collected when you registered for the workshop will be used by INESC TEC for the sole purpose of managing the event. Such data will be eliminated within 1 month after the event. INESC TEC, as the organizer, intends to live stream all presentations. Photographs and videos will also be taken during the event for promotional and informational purposes and may be used in publications or other media material, including but not limited to:websites, newsletters or social media platforms.If you do not want to have your image recorded for distribution,please make your wish known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers.Data collected may be shared with EIT Raw Materials Operational Management Team. Any person or organization not affiliated with INESC TEC is not allowed to access the registration data nor use,copy, alter or modify INESC TEC photographs, graphics,videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings.If you have any questions about the processing of your personal data, or the exercise of your rights as a data subject, please contact our Data Protection Officer through dpo@inesctec.pt.
