Volunteer Certificate & Reference Letters
We are happy to sign OSSD High School volunteer sheets (after hours are completed) as well as provide an official 2023 Volunteer Certificate! – Upon Your Request. Our Volunteer Coordinator can also provide you with a reference letter and/or contact for any future reference purposes.

🚀 POSITIONS
Ticket Volunteer
– Are you out-spoken and enjoy interacting with people? Check out this position. In this position you will be expected to greet patrons in a friendly and kind manner while distributing the appropriate wristband to patrons. Assist with ticketing inquiries and guiding patrons through the wristband process and line-up.
Decor & Set-up Volunteers
– Do you enjoy physical activities & can carry mild weight? Check out this position. Duties include: assist in the installation of decorations. You'll be working outdoors, enduring various weather conditions, to set up and arrange decor elements, such as banners, lights, and signage. Perform tasks that involve climbing ladders, securely fastening decorations to fences, and transporting decor pieces to designated areas.
Kids area Volunteer
– Are you good with kids? Check out this position.
In this position you are expected create a fun and safe environment for children by engaging in and assisting with various activities in the kids area. Maintain cleanliness and organization by tidying up play areas, organizing supplies, and ensuring a safe and clutter-free space for children.
Backstage Volunteer
– Do you love assisting artists and being behind the scenes? Check out this Position!
Duties include: assisting on set-up and/or tear down of tents, tables, and other backstage structures; provide general assistance for the area Coordinator, load in/out of instruments and musicians gear, as well as restocking artists water & snacks in the green room.
