Thank you for your interest in booking an outdoor stall pitch at this year's HanFEST in Hanwell, Oxfordshire.
Saturday 16 July 2022, 12noon to 5.30pm. There is an option to stay trading until 10pm if you are a food or drink trader, as our event continues into the evening with extended live music with food and drink. There is no extra charge for this.

Pitch fees start from £40 for a standard stall pitch. Please complete this form to see charges for all pitch types.

Organisers have the right to decline an application if the applicant doesn't meet the events' aims to be locally sourced/produced. We are also very keen to hear how your trade stall is working toward being sustainable.
