Submitting Commission Request

Please supply me with the necessary reference imagery for the character you would like me to draw. This may include your own artwork, artwork from other artists, or any other relevant images. Please keep all reference SFW (safe for work). If there are only parts of the reference you would like me to consider please state prior to the commission's start what from the reference you would like included and what you would like disregarded. Any notes given alongside the reference will be considered as well.

Once I begin working, I will send you a sketch for your approval. If there are any changes you would like made please make as many notes as necessary during this initial stage; changes and notes will be harder to incorporate past this stage. Once approved, the sketch will be lined and sent back for approval. Once approved, the final stage, coloring and shading, will begin. Depending on complexity, either before or after I am done coloring and shading I will send it over for approval a final time. This is your chance to give me any notes one final time before the piece is fully finalized. Please give me any notes as detailed as possible during this final time. After this period the piece will be finalized and and confirmed as complete, no further changes will be made, and communication regarding the commission will cease.

General Terms of Service
 -This piece is not meant to be used for commercial use. It is strictly for personal use only.
- You are not allowed to use this art for your own commercial use. It is strictly for personal use only.
- Personal use includes, but is not limited to: the posting of art on character sites or OC sites (such as ToyHouse), cropping for icons and/or graphics, or using as reference to create your own work (this does not include directly tracing or copying the art in any manner). Please consult me if you wish to use your art for other personal uses that do not fall under these constraints. If you are purchasing this design to put on a phone case, t-shirt, or other item, please specify beforehand.
- You may not take my art to another artist to have it edited.
- A refund will not be issued after the full piece is complete. Please discuss beforehand if you wish to make any changes that would subsequently affect prices.
-Colors and details of the character may be slightly altered to better suit the piece. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you accept this knowledge with full confidence and understand that minor changes to color or detail are up to the Artist's discretion in order to create a more satisfying piece. This also means that the artist is not restricted to picking from premade color palettes. However, if noted by the commissioner, I will not alter the colors.
- Please specify if you would like your piece done within a time limit. If the artist was not notified of a time limit prior to the purchase of the commission, the client will simply receive whatever has been completed by then and the commission will be considered completed.
-If a deadline is specified prior to the purchase and work on the commission, and said deadline is short-notice in some way, a Rush Fee may be applied at the client's discretion. The cost of a Rush Fee is $15 per slot in queue; for example, if you are fifth in queue and wish to be bumped to second in queue, the Rush Fee would be $45 (three slots higher-- $15 x 3). The artist is expected to give an honest estimate on what slot in queue would fit best for an imposed deadline. The Rush Fee is then considered part of the cost of commission and is refunded if a refund is necessary.
-You are expected to maintain some level communication with me after I inform you that I have begun working on your commission (if I have not informed you that I have begun work on your commission, no communication is expected). If you are sent an update, and you do not respond to said update for over 84 hours (3 and a half days), without having informed me of an inability to respond prior to the update, the commission will be considered complete and you will not receive a refund for unfinished work. *If there was an emergency and we resume communication, we may discuss a continuation of the commission or a refund. Continuation or refund is at the artist's discretion only.
-Unsolicited communication considered unprofessional or harassment will not be tolerated and the commission will immediately cease without refund, followed by either a block or report as needed.
- Reference images should be provided by the commissioner when needed. Do not supply NSFW (Not Safe For Work) images as reference (non-sexual nudity is okay). Supplementary references may be suggested by the Artist if the Artist finds certain details unclear.
- I will not draw sexually explicit, pornographic/fetishistic, excessively gory/traumatic, and/or purposefully hateful art. Certain degrees of violence, gore, or body horror are sometimes okay; please discuss with me prior to purchase of the commission.

-I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason without needing further explanation.
-I reserve the right to use any artwork produced for portfolio or self-promotional purposes, including posting them to deviantArt, FurAffinity, other social media sites.
Payment

- Payment will only be accepted through Paypal. I take USD only. Converted cash from other countries, to USD, is accepted. Any attempts to pay via cryptocurrency will be denied and you will be blacklisted if attempted.
- You must be at least 18 years old using your own account, or have the explicit and confirmed permission or consent to use the Paypal of a legal adult.
- Paypal transactions will be not be done through Friends and Family to ensure that both parties have the ability to file a claim if problems arise. Do not use anything other than your own Paypal to pay me.
- I will begin drawing once paid. All payment must be up front after commission discussion.
- Tips are not necessary, but highly appreciated!
- No chargebacks; if you commence a chargeback, you will be blacklisted. If an issue arises, such as total incompletion of work or an inability to work on the artist's end, and a return of some kind is needed, I will gladly give a refund manually.
