We are looking at hosting a Meats Evaluation and Veterinary Science Invitational at Bridgerland Technical College and would like to see what the interest would be for chapter attendance.  These contests would be modified events focusing on the biggest challenges in each as well as we will include some teaching/learning components to the event.  Most likely we would hold the event in the morning finishing off mid-day  with lunch provided by BTECH and a few BTECH activities.
