Live discussion for Leaders and HR
In “Project Aristotle”, a research project set out to answer what makes Google teams effective, it was found that the key factor that set successful teams apart from other teams at Google was psychological safety. They describe psychological safety as the ability for team members to feel safe to take risks and be vulnerable in front of each other. However, surprisingly, research shows that despite the importance of this psychological factor, only 47% of employees across the world described their workplaces as psychologically safe and healthy.

In this Mindletic Live event for leaders and HR, with the lecturer, group process facilitator Ieva Šližienė and Mindletic COO Ieva Šapalaitė, we will dig into the topic more deeply. We will discuss what are the benefits of team psychological safety and how to promote it to create a safer and higher-performance work environment.
