Montevallo Main Street Veterans' Banner Program

Remember a veteran in your family by purchasing a banner.

Banners will be located in prominent areas in and around Montevallo, and will be displayed during the months of May (Memorial Day), July (Independence Day), and November (Veterans Day). Finished banners are 30” x 72” and, due to their large size, they are displayed on wooden utility poles in prominent areas of Montevallo, including Highway 119/Selma Road, Middle Street, Island Street, etc.

To have your veteran represented, please fill out the form below and submit along with $300 and a high resolution (1500 x 1200 pixels or 9 MB, or 5 x 7 size) military photograph.

If your banner has retired, renewals may be purchased at the original price of $300 each. You may use your original artwork, which we still have on file, or make changes.

We are accepting orders on an ongoing basis. All newly ordered banners will be installed at the next flag holiday. As of May 2023, due to the large number of banners currently in rotation, specific location requests can no longer be accommodated. Thank you!

All banners ordered after December 2022 are guaranteed for 4 years of display. At the end of that time, they will be returned to the purchaser.

This is a project of Montevallo Main Street's Design Committee.

A portion of the purchase price will be contributed to the American Village Veterans Living Legacy.
