This form will help scouts document handbook sign-offs done while we cannot meet in person.  The scout will continue to demonstrate to a scout at least two ranks higher to gain sign-off for a particular item. This can be done through FaceTime, Skype, Zoom, or other technology.  

It will be the alternative handbook sign-off record until while physical handbook initials cannot be completed. Once we can meet again in person, these records can be matched up with your handbook and formally documented.
