IMPORTANT: Before you start filling out the form please be aware that we must see a picture of your photo ID and proof of Dover, NH residence/employment/school enrollment to activate your card. These can be sent to libraryquestions@dover.nh.gov.

We CANNOT issue a card without this information so please be prepared to send it after filling out the form.

If you do not live, work or go to school in Dover and would like to pay for a library card, please call (603) 516-6050 to speak to a librarian.

Cards can take a few days to process. If you need immediate access, it is faster if you apply in-person at the library.
