Thank you for your interest in training with me. The purpose of this questionnaire is for me to learn a bit about you and your exercise and eating behaviors which will help me determine the best strategy to implement and help you reach your fitness and nutrition goals.

I offer coaching for busy working professional men and women who are looking to lose fat, gain muscle and transform their bodies without dedicating hours to the gym.

Online coaching can include customized workout programming with video demonstrations and descriptions, nutrition coaching, individualized meal templates, weekly check-ins, unlimited Q/A messaging capabilities and access to the coaching community chat. All of this is conveniently conducted through an app on your phone.
