GBYC 2021 - The Joy of the Call
A brief letter from Callie & Maximus!

After the year of COVID (2020) we are so excited to be back in person with GBYC for this year and to celebrate it with a few hundred of our most amazing friends at the National Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help! We are beyond blessed in our Diocese to have the only Vatican-approved Marian apparition site, especially since the message is all about catechizing and evangelizing our youth.

Wanting to offer something simple, dynamic, and joy filled for all those who attend, we’ve selected great guest speakers from our diocese who daily live out the joy of the call; and we have partnered with the Shrine. We’re hoping to help everyone discover or rediscover the joy of God's call on our lives, the joy of knowing that He has a good and amazing plan for each of us:

"For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." (Jeremiah 29:11 RSVCE)

And:

" My purpose for telling you these things is so that the joy that I experience will fill your hearts with overflowing gladness!" (John 15:11 TPT)

The talks and experiences for the day will help us to grow deeper in the joy of the call. We are so excited to offer this day for our parishes, schools, and youth of our Diocese! Our Lady of Good Help, pray for us!

If you have any questions, need additional info, or are looking for ideas on how to promote this event, we’d be more than happy to help!
