In hopes of creating a better experience for our youth, the Elgin Park Board is asking parents to complete this survey regarding the current status and possible interest in youth participation in the following summer rec activities: T-ball (ages 5-6) , Midgets (ages 7-9), Little League (ages 10-12), Soccer (ages 5-9), and Basketball (ages 7-12). Your participation is greatly appreciated!
