It came to our attention that due to Covid-19 some orders placed during the period from April 20th - May 20th returned back to our warehouse in SHENZHEN and a lot of shipment has also got delayed. We usually ship from USA and CANADA but during the time we were out of stock in the USA and CANADA, therefore, orders were directly shipped from our Shenzhen warehouse.

If you have placed your order between April 20th - May 20th and have not received your order yet please fill out the form below and we will ship another unit out to you from our USA/CANADA warehouse depending on your location so you can receive your order as soon as possible.

In order to be eligible for another shipment, you have to agree to inform us when you eventually receive the order (for orders that are still in transit over 40 days and will be delivered). We will send you a return shipping label to return the unit back to us.
