This form is to be used to register for a bib number to be used to time future Wythenshawe Community 5k and 2k races.

Even if you have previously filled out our other google form we need this information again to capture people who are running with us most weeks and the distance they want to run so we can build race lists and give you all an accurate time and it only takes 5 minutes, If you sometimes complete different distances please register for a 2k and 5k bib separately.

If you have children under the age of 18 please register yourself and each under 18 separately.
Initially the tokens or bands are FREE to all users registering for this service but if you need replacements for lost token(s) we will charge £3 per item.

Google Forms are GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) compliant and Wythenshawe Community Run only collects data that is relevant to our needs and insurance compliance, we will not use your data for any other purpose than the registration for our run and we will never pass your data on to any third party, if you wish us to delete any data we hold on you please email us and we will comply.
