Form for volunteers at IEEE SMC 2023 at Waikiki Sheraton on Oct 1-4. https://ieeesmc2023.org/. You must volunteer at least 4 hours.

Volunteer Benefits:

- Free lunch for every day you volunteer for at least 4 hrs (breakfast as well if assigned an early morning shift)

- Every 4 hours volunteered, you will get a raffle ticket for a laptop (one winner per laptop)

- If you volunteer for 24 hours, you get a banquet ticket.

Please check all roles you are interested in. We cannot guarantee you will be assigned to the roles you check, but will make every effort to do so. *

Tech Support: You will be assigned to a room or two (e.g., paper presentations, brain hackathon) as the go-to person for tech questions. You will be responsible for ensuring the projector and laptop are working correctly.

Registration Desk: You will handle conference attendee check-ins and serve as a general point of information for attendees

Virtual Sessions: You will be assigned a virtual session to make sure the session chair is present on Zoom and to be a TPOC
