2020 Voter Messaging Research
Thank you for your interest in helping to make voting in California easier and more informed.

The 2020 Voter Messaging Research Project is being conducted by California Common Cause and the Center for Social Innovation at UC Riverside. We want to test and identify messaging that will best motivate California voters to participate and understand how to vote in November 2020. With your help we can make sure that messages and language translations used by election officials and community organizations are effective and accurately convey the options for voting in November 2020. This project is possible because of generous support from the Haas Jr. Foundation.

Due to COVID-19, we will conduct our focus group online using Zoom communications. These focus group meetings will occur on the week of July 6th - 10th. Date and time will be provided to all potential participants once finalized. Please note, if there is an overflow of participation submissions, participants will be chosen via a lottery system.
