This form must be completed for all school age children looking for summer care, ages five through ten, regardless of their current enrollment status at Peaceful Beginnings. 

Please note that each child may be enrolled for either full-time summer care or summer wrap care. This enrollment type cannot be changed at any point during the summer. Enrolling in school age summer wrap-care does not automatically include full-day care during the weeks that summer school is not in session. If you are enrolling for summer wrap-care and would like to receive care during the weeks summer school does not run, please indicate that below. Again, this additional care is not guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate as many children as possible. 

Enrolled school age children will be charged tuition regardless of if they attend or not, just as all other children in the center do. Children enrolled in full-time school age summer care will receive five vacation days to use throughout the duration of our summer program. These days cannot be transferred between children and do not rollover at the end of summer.
