The Herman Neosho Rubicon School District will offer several extracurricular activities for students in grades 5th 8th . The purpose of this sign up form is to help us appropriately plan for our inaugural seasons. It is important that we have an accurate number of participants for each activity to prepare for each season. Please mark the sports for which your child is LIKELY to participate.
The number of teams will be dependent on the number of participants. “Home” competitions and most practices will be held at HoNoR Intermediate, but the HoNoR Elementary gym may occasionally be used for practices. Parent/guardians will be responsible for: providing prompt pick up from practices, providing transportation after games (a bus will be provided for transportation to “away” games, but parents must pick up students after the game), and providing transportation to games and practices scheduled later in the evening and on weekends. Participants will be required to provide their own uniform shorts. The shorts must be a solid navy blue color to match the color of the jersey as best as possible.
The HNR Student Code of Conduct and Academic and Behavioral Expectations (p. 29-30 of the
Student Handbook) will determine a student's eligibility to participate.
