Documents are available in digital and paper copy. Please specific which you prefer below.
- Electronic copies are free of charge.
- Printed "Certificate of Enrollment" letters are free of charge
- All other printed documents are subject to a fee of $25 per set, plus shipping. The cost of shipping depends on the destination and delivery time. Do NOT pay until we confirm the total amount due.

We will contact you to confirm your request and inform you of any fees. After that, please allow 14 business days to process your request.
