This award is for the Junior patroller (broadly under 18yo for the season) that has demonstrated a significant contribution to patrolling.

Nomination via Google form with the nominator preparing a nomination narrative around the following criteria and characteristics.

Criteria and characteristics of a person that would be suitable for such an award:

Would be that they have attended all patrols and or obtained a substitute

That they attended most patrols.

That they demonstrate initiative to do things without being told.

They, by their actions, set an example for others.

They demonstrate commitment and initiative by rotating patrol duties on their patrol.

They have sought out new training qualifications and completed them

They have supported other junior members of the patrol

Been happy to take on roles in patrol without question

May have contributed to rescues and/or in the treatment of patients
