Attendance                                               Are you able to be present on the date of the event at least 4 hours prior to the dinner time (5:30 pm) to provide a demonstration/give instructions to the cooks on the preparation of the meal. (We will offer a $500 honorarium as a modest thank you for your approximately 4-hour time commitment on the day of the event and for sharing your talents with us). *
Unable to attend? If you are not able to be present for 4 hours, could you kindly  donate a menu and any tips on how to prepare/cook it  OR are you able to come just for 30 minutes during the dinner?  We will get the word out and thank you for your generosity!
Video-taping/ Filming                 Would it be okay for St. Luke’s / representative to take a video/ filming part or all of the demonstration/ meal preparation.
