To file a report with Something Else leadership, please fill out and submit this form. This form collects information regarding possible violations.

The completed form should contain sufficient detail for our investigators to begin an investigation. If the report warrants an investigation, the leads will review the report with you before assigning your case to a team of investigators you will have a chance to approve of.

We understand this process can be difficult in a traumatic time, and we will do our best to handle the situation with care and compassion. Your report and your name will be kept strictly confidential and shared with members of our team on a need-to-know basis.

Note: If this is an on-going or emergency concern, please find a Raptor or any staff member (carrying a radio) for immediate assistance. We have very poor internet at the event and may not be able to read this until a few days after the event. *
