Dear Vendors,
We are pleased to announce THE MAINE FEST: CELEBRATING THE ART OF THE NANTICOKE VALLEY will be held Saturday, September 11th, 2021. From 11 AM - 7 pm in the hamlet of Maine, New York. The Nanticoke Valley Historical Society is the host for a day of art, music, food and family friendly fun on the meadow on Lewis Street. Please consider joining us for this event. The following is the application that is due by September 4th, 2021. The fee for vendors is $ 20.00 (see below please.)

Application Notification *

I understand that all applicants goods or crafts must be considered family friendly and final decisions will be made by the Nanticoke Valley Historical Society. The Nanticoke Valley Historical Society reserves the right to cancel your application if we do not consider your goods or services to be family friendly.

Fee Deadline

The $20 ( no charge for students) fee to participate is due no later than September 4th. Checks can be made out to "Nanticoke Valley Historical Society" and mailed to Nanticoke Valley Historical Society, PO Box 75, Maine, NY 13802. or you can pay online. Directions for online payments will be in an email you will receive after you submit this application.

No Rain Cancellation *

I understand that the event will be held rain or shine. Any cancellations must be discussed with the event committee and no refunds will be given after September 4, 2021.

Promotion *

I understand that I am encouraged to promote my presence at The Maine Fest anywhere my customers will see it.

Artisans are responsible for displaying, supervising and selling their work. I/We agree to assume all risk associated with participating in The Maine Fest, including but not limited to; falls, the effects of the weather and any other loss, cost or damage. Having read this release and in consideration of the acceptance of my entry fee, agree to waive, release and hold harmless, The Maine Fest, The Nanticoke Valley Historical Society and any other sponsors, volunteers, and property owners from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damage, loss, cost, and expense, of any kind arising out of my/our participation in this event.
