You are applying for a Ticket Scanner / Usher position. You will be reporting directly to the Lead Ticket Scanner.

Assist patrons at entertainment events by performing duties, such as scanning tickets from patrons,
assisting in finding seats, searching for lost articles, and locating such facilities as rest rooms,
elevator, concessions.

Some responsibilities include:
- Working knowledge of the venue (IE, seat layout, location of significant places - concessions, bar, bathroom, elevator, etc)
- Helping patrons find their seats
- Answer questions about current show

Requirements:
- Must be available nights and weekends
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Proficient in English
- Ability to work and grow in/on a team
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Be able to read tickets (small print) and assist patrons in finding their seats (even after lights go down)
- Excellent customer service skills. Preferably a "people person".
