We are so excited to regather as a church family! Before you fill out the pre-registration here are a few things to note
The Local government and CDC have asked a few things of us. We are happy to abide by these requests.
1.) We will keep our gathering under 150 people as requested in this part of the green phase.
2.) Everyone attending must pre-register below.
3.) Everyone must wear a mask* (Children under 2 and those with health concerns are excluded from this)
4.) We will continue to socially distance at our gatherings.
5.) Those attending must be in good health, not having or having been exposed to someone with Covid-19 for the last 14 days.

Although we will follow recommendations and maintain a sanitary environment, there are still risks of being exposed to and potentially getting sick with COVID-19 or other illnesses.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT:  By entering onto any property of Redemption City Church or participating in any of Redemption City Church’s programs, I (on behalf of myself and my family members and any registered guests) acknowledge and agree with the following:

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization and is reported to be extremely contagious. The state of medical knowledge is of course, ever-evolving, but the virus is believed to spread from person-to-person contact and/or by contact with contaminated surfaces and objects, and even in the air. People reportedly can be infected and show no symptoms and therefore spread the disease. The exact methods of spread and contraction are unknown, and there is no known treatment, cure, or vaccine for COVID-19. Evidence has shown that COVID-19 can cause serious and potentially life threatening illness and even death. Redemption City Church cannot prevent me or my family members or guests from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 while on Redemption City Church’s property or when participating in Redemption City Church’s programs.  Therefore, by entering a Redemption City Church facility or participating in one of its programs, I acknowledge that I may be exposing myself and my family members or guests to and/or increasing my/our risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19.  I expressly assume that risk, on behalf of myself and my family and guests.  I (on behalf of myself and my family members and guests), hereby forever release and waive my right to bring suit against Redemption City Church or any its affiliates, officers, directors, employees or other representatives related to any of the foregoing.
