If you require transportation to/from the airport or Manitoulin, or if you require accommodation, please fill out the following form. Please submit one form per individual.

Please submit all accommodation requests to the travel coordinators no later than July 12, 2024.

The travel coordinators may not be available on Friday Aug 16 or Saturday Aug 17, so please have all arrangements made prior to those dates.

Given the distance from Manitoulin to Toronto, we cannot accommodate transportation requests to leave conference early or to arrive late.

All information collected on this website will only be shared with those involved with travel and accommodation for the youth conference.
