Filling out this form is step 1 of a 3-step process.
Step 1: Request Registration: Fill out this form to request registration for Initial Credit High School Courses. This form needs to be submitted by May 24, 2024.
Step 2: Payment: OSMS System. You will receive an email once your registration is approved by your counselor with payment directions.
Step 3: Power School Enrollment: You will receive a final email from HCPS confirming that your student is enrolled pending the minimum course enrollment is met.
Note: All three steps must be completed for actual enrollment in Hanover's Summer School Program.
