Using tongue twisters can help in improving your “diction”, or the ability to speak clearly so you can be understood.  A tongue twister is a sentence or phrase that is difficult to articulate clearly and quickly.  Here is an example:

“Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers.”

Most of the time tongue twisters use a similar letter, just like how they use “P” in the tongue twister above, or else they somehow rhyme.
