MAYDAY Vendor Inquiry Form
Event organizers for Suffolk AME's MAYDAY Music Festival are in the process of recruiting vendors for the festival marketplace.  If you are interested in joining us please fill out the following form.

Note that by filling out this form you are NOT confirmed nor registered for the event. Event organizers will vet each vendor and select a limited number. Our goal is to have a variety of wares/products available for purchase since there is limited vendor space. Vendors will be vetted on a first-interested basis, so don't delay in checking your calendars and completing this form.

This is an all day music festival with four headlining national acts and eight local/regional acts.The Mayday Music Festival is a wholly non-profit endeavor open to the general public, with all net proceeds going to fund charitable causes.

Products considered a weapon or that may be misconstrued as a weapon are prohibited along with any products that may contain, cause or be used in conjunction with fire (i.e. fireworks). The use of plastic bags and styrofoam by any vendors is prohibited.
