SUMMER CHROMEBOOK CHECKOUT FORM 2021
Chromebooks will be turned in at the conclusion of each school year.  A student/guardian may elect to keep the device during the summer for a fee of $25.

In Person Student Chromebooks will be collected on May 24th & May 25th through their English Classes.  
VLA Student Chromebooks will need to be turned in between May 26th - May 28th to Mrs. Patterson @ EJHS.  
If a student does not return the Chromebook at the conclusion of the school year, the $25 will be added to their Infinite Campus fees account.  This fee will be added on June 1st.
