OBSA Space Reservation Form (Bungalow and Main House)
This form can be used to book OBSA as a space. The bungalow (back house) and main house conference room can be reserved for events. Standing meetings may also be scheduled by availability.

ADDITIONAL RULES FOR RESERVING:
An event is defined as a gathering of over 10 people and require this form
In order to continue making reservations, event must include cleanup/returning furniture to original locations etc.
Please avoid extremely loud audio for events (OBSA is adjacent to residences)
Events open to the public and that contain non-7C affiliated individuals are not permitted.
OBSA's facility may not be used to host parties (we're happy to explain how we define parties!) and all events must end by 11pm.

Please submit this form no less than 72 hours before any planned event for best results. Please email obsa@claremont.edu to inform us that you have submitted a space use form for faster processing

Notice:  This form is not a funding form (a separate process is required for funding). This event submission form or direct email to obsa@claremont.edu detailing your request are acceptable ways to reserve space.
