Created in 2021, the membership scholarship is a merit-based scholarship that takes into account financial need. Circumstances to apply for the membership scholarship may include being furloughed or laid-off, working for an organization with limited or no professional development budget, being new to the profession, or other considerations which require help affording our membership fees.

The recipient will receive a full membership to Apra Carolinas ($35 value), which includes access to all member benefits, for the calendar year during which the scholarship is awarded. This scholarship is only available to prospect development professionals in North Carolina or South Carolina. The recipient may be asked to write a blog post about their experience using the scholarship. A limited number will be awarded in each year..
