The Friends of the Pasadena Playhouse have a special program for students who work towards their community service/course requirements. Our current opportunity for the students is limited to ushering and does not require membership with the Friends.

Brief Info about Usher Requirements at the Pasadena Playhouse
Dress Code: Ushers wear a white long or short sleeved shirt/blouse, black jacket (optional), black slacks/skirt,
volunteer badge and comfortable closed toe and back shoes (no tennis shoes or sneakers).

Arrive 1 1/2 hours before the performance and stay 1/2 hour after the performance.

Most performances are evenings, curtain time is 8:00 p.m.  There are some matinee performances on the weekends.

Health Safety Protocols: The Playhouse staff and volunteers must comply with California, LA County, City of Pasadena, Actors Equity and Union rules.
