Return & Exchanges: Customers may return unused products 30 days from the date of invoice for full refund. Customers have an additional 30 days to return unused products for exchange or store credit. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Defective & Incorrect: If a product is received defective or incorrect, please please contact us immediately and we will do whatever possible to resolve the issue.

Return item as used: Did you already use the product but still want to return it? We allow many qualifying items to be returned even if used, up to 30 days of date of invoice for full credit. Items must be in as-new-condition and returned with all parts, packaging and manufacturer provided materials.

Terms and Conditions:
• Original manufacturers packaging is required for full refund. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to any return without this.
• Unless defective or incorrect products were received, customer is responsible for return shipping.
• Books, CDs, DVDs or any multimedia cannot be returned after opening.
