Integrators are famous for removing obstacles for their teams, but who’s there to help them get unstuck? The FIM Roundtables are a safe space for Integrators to solve their problems with input and advice from peers.
FIM Roundtables are intimate groups of 8-10 dedicated and abundant minded peers who meet every other month through an L10-meeting to IDS a wide range of issues.
You’ll get diverse and fresh perspectives in a nonjudgmental and confidential setting that empower you to make good decisions with built-in accountability.
Plus, you’ll expand your network, make new friends, build trust, and feel great about helping others!
Roundtable groups meet based on interest area or time preference.

Be Here, 1st Friday of the even months @ 8:30am ET
Be Bold, 2nd Tuesday of the even months @ 10am ET
Be More, 1st Friday of the even months @ 1pm ET
Be Real, 3rd Monday of the odd months @ 4:30pm ET
New(er) Integrator** Roundtable Lead by an EOS Implementer, 2nd Thursday of the even months @ 2pm ET
Roundtables are 60-90 minutes, hosted via Zoom, and facilitated through the Bloom Growth software (a FIM Sponsor). Every Roundtable has its own recurring meeting to submit issues, capture notes, document follow-ups, and more. Roundtables are run similar to EOS L10 meetings, with a check-in, to do review, IDS and conclusion.
The majority of the time is spent in IDS, helping one another solve issues. Bring your challenges, opportunities and questions. You have nuggets and experience to share, whether you bring an issue or not.
All Roundtable groups meet in person at the FIM Summit during the "What is your issue?" session.
