It’s just about ISLAND time and the CARIBBEAN is calling for you!  Congratulations on earning the L’BRI Montego Bay Getaway, to the gorgeous island of Jamaica.  Get ready to enjoy this L’BRI vacation featuring plenty of sunshine, tropical breezes, crystal-clear waters and white sands. This island is one of the most beautiful in the world.  So, if you’re ready for adventure, breathtaking scenery, music, food, history and the friendly folk of this one love, one heart destination, we’re ready to take you there!  
Now that you are qualified, we would like to get your official reservation started so that we can confirm your travel plans and accommodations.  If you are unable to travel to Jamaica, please complete the reservation form with only your name, and indicate “No” that you will not be traveling.    

Please complete the form below, paying special attention to the following:
•     Fill out the form for yourself and your guest if you are traveling with one.
•     Please follow date format where applicable.
•     If you are buying in for a guest, you agree to pay $2,495 (land & air), or $629 (airfare only) for Milwaukee departures.
•     Departures from other cities will be provided buy in cost information at the time of booking your reservation.
•     Provide accurate information; inaccurate information will delay your reservation.
•     List your name, and your guest's name, EXACTLY as it appears on your Valid Passport Book – double check spelling!            
•     You will need a current passport book valid through September 2020 to travel.

If you have not yet applied for passport, we suggest you do so as soon as possible.  If this is the case please register for the trip and in the passport, section fill in your FULL LEGAL NAME.

We MUST receive your complete travel reservation no later than January 4, 2020 in order to confirm your reservation and secure your flight.  If the registration deadline is missed, or your information is incomplete, you may jeopardize your ability to travel, or incur additional expenses, as we cannot guarantee your reservation after the deadline has passed.

Passengers traveling to Jamaica will depart from Milwaukee International Airport.  Passengers who live more than four hours (by car) from Milwaukee will be routed to Milwaukee from their departure city, or routed directly to Montego Bay, Jamaica to connect with the L’BRI group.

As you prepare to travel to Jamaica,  please be sure to check with your cell phone carrier about international phone plan options and related costs so that you are able to use your phone as desired during travel.
