Música Franklin Fun Fest Vendor Application 2025
Música Franklin is accepting applications for our seventh annual Fun Fest. The event is Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 12:30-5:15pm at Unity Park (56 First St, Turners Falls MA 01376). In the case of inclement weather, the event will move to the Greenfield High School (21 Barr Ave). Power is not available for vendors on-site. 

Applications will remain open until all available spots are filled. Please contact annierose@musicafranklin.org with any questions or concerns. 

Música Franklin's annual Fun Fest is a free, family-friendly event for the whole community with musical performances, activities, and entertainment for all ages! Our 2025 headliners are Jazzkia Meets HipHop and Larksgrove. More performances, our trademark instrument petting zoo, and make-and-take crafts will round out the day. Música Franklin offers free after-school music and social justice programs for youth in Franklin County. Our mission is to prepare students for a brighter future through music.

- I am solely responsible for supplying my own tent, chairs, display, signage, and payment processing or cash change. I will ensure that my tent is fully secured to the ground and meets standard safety requirements.
- The event is scheduled at Unity Park (56 First St, Turners Falls MA 01376) in Turners Falls for May 10, 2025, 12:30-5:15pm. I may arrive at 11:30 am on the same day for set up. (If you would like to set-up earlier than 11:30, please contact us.) Set-up must be concluded by 12:15. In the event of inclement weather, the event will be held at Greenfield High School.
- Vendor spaces are limited. Payment is final and no refunds will be issued for cancellations unless my spot can be filled by another vendor.
- My space is not secured until my full payment has been received and confirmed by Música Franklin. 
- At Música Franklin's discretion, my application may be denied if my products are not appropriate for a family audience or if my category is already overrepresented by other vendors. If my application is denied, I will be issued a full refund for any vendor fees plus processing fees.
- If I am registering as a non-profit organization, I will submit proof of 501(c)(3) status to Música Franklin.
