2022 UA Faculty/Staff Headshot Sign Up

A UA photographer will meet you in front of the Rose Administration Building to capture individual faculty/staff photos (one person per photo; no group shots) between 8:30 am and noon. Please complete the form below to attend the event.

OPEN ONLY TO UNIVERSITY OF ALABAMA FACULTY AND STAFF.
Sorry, we are not able to accommodate student headshots.

** Please bring along your name tag, ACT card, or simply your name written legibly on a piece of paper.  You will hold this up for the first photo so that we can be sure to get the correct name with each person's headshots. **

Dates are removed from this form as they fill up; we apologize if your preferred date is no longer listed, but we hope to see you at one of our other upcoming sessions!

The 8:30 am - 9:30 am slots are quite popular, so there could be a longer than normal wait around those times.

Please be sure to arrive before noon -- headshots end promptly at 12:00 pm or, if the photographer is taking someone else's picture at that time, after the final person in line has been photographed.
