NAFSC Volunteer Voucher
Please submit this voucher for each volunteer activity you perform for NAFSC. As a non-profit organization, the North Atlantic Figure Skating Club relies on the generosity of our membership to ensure our success!

All families holding a(n):
*Skater, Introductory Skater, or Graduating Senior Skater membership are required to volunteer six (6) hours per year
*Adult skater membership are required to volunteer four (4) hours per year
*Coach, Alumni, or Individual Non-Skating membership are required to volunteer two (2) hours per year  

Families who choose not to fulfill their hours will be billed an assessment fee:
*$150.00/six (6) hours
*$100.00/four (4) hours
*$50.00/two (2) hours
