If you are a current or former student at the University of Washington School of Music and have feedback or grievances regarding your SoM experience, please complete the following form. Your response will be shared only with the three SoMSAC officers listed below, who will take your feedback into consideration when creating agenda items, communicating with SoMSAC as a whole, and advocating for student concerns with the Director of the School of Music and SoM faculty. You may choose to share your identity or submit the form anonymously. If you would like to privately communicate your concern to one of the following officers, you may do so via email. Additionally, if you wish to share your feedback with SoMSAC as a whole, you are welcome to attend and raise concerns at our biweekly or general meetings.
